If the Weather Information Demo says that your entered city is not valid ("City/State Information invalid") there may exist multiple cities on planet earth with the same name.To solve this problem you may follow this steps:

1.) Go to www.weatheronline.co.uk

2.) Enter your city, e.g. "san jose".

3.) Press "go" button.

4.) If available make your city choice.

5.) Press "go" button.

6.) Check your address bar for WMO%3DXXXX%26PROG.

The XXXXX represents your city/state code. Just enter this code as City/State in the Weather Information Demo (demo). If your eyes are not that good anymore, just copy/paste the address in the input field below and press "go" - it will throw you your valid city/state code :-)

7.) Why does the Weather Information Demo not feature this? Simple question - simple answer: Because it is just a demonstration program! We will not provide a high-end solution as this could cause problems with copyighted Weather Data (© by WeatherOnline UK & Ireland Meteorological Services).
