Windows XP's Internet Connection Firewall (ICF):

1) Open the connection (LAN or Dialup)
2) Select the "Advanced" tab (should be the rightmost tab)
3) Click on the "Settings..." button at the lower right corner
4) Select the "Services" tab (should be the leftmost tab)
5) Check the box next to "Web Server" to enable it
