If your connection type differs from "Direct", we have a small selection of tutorials on how to make ftp upload work with VisionGS:
Most common settings (if your connection type differs from "Direct") on the FTP Server tab are:
[X] Use passive
transfer
[X]
Resolve hostname before uploading (this
option is available since v1.4)
(Please look up the VisionGS help regarding this two options).
